Event Facilities

Victoria Inn has two banquet rooms that can accommodate from 50 to 200 people in each room.

BANQUET REQUIREMENTS

1. A Fifty Dollar ($50.00) deposit is required one week after date of reservation for confirmation. The deposit is applied to the total bill.

Please call for cancellation.

The deposit will be refunded only if the hall is rebooked.

2. A confirmed head count must be in at least two (2) weeks before date or event. Additions can be made, but no cancellations are allowed after this date. This includes any special instructions (head table, pupu table, cake table, trophy table etc.)

3. Ten (10) people per table. There will be a charge of $10.00 for each additional table requested.

4. There will be a State tax and a 15% gratuity added to the total bill.

5. Children from 1-4 years old are $5.00 for American and Oriental menus, and $7.00 for the Hawaiian menu, per child. Children from 5-10 years old are $2.00 off the menu price.

6. Beer, soda and juices must be brought in at least (8) hours prior in order to be cooled.

7. All paper goods for pupu, cake, and bar must be supplied by the party host.

8. Decorations may be placed prior to the event with advanced scheduling. NO TACKS OR CONFETTI. CLEAN UP FEE WILL BE ADDED ON IF CONFETTI IS USED.

9. Coffee and/or tea will be served at an additional charge and at the request of the Host/Hostess only.

10. Only one (1) microphone is supplied by Victoria Inn.

11. NO GAMBLING OR EXOTIC DANCING.

12. Music must stop by 10:30 p.m.

13. We request everyone leave the banquet room by 11:00 p.m.
